Harry Mason Ltd has been producing high quality beer engines since 1803. This is their two-unit Pullman model, with chrome finish, mahogany plinth, plastic drip trays, and standard black ceramic handles.
Each cylinder has a stainless steel interior finish, requiring very little maintenance over time, and is also jacketed simply hook it up to a cold water or glycol supply to keep beer in the cylinder chilled. The jacket is self-contained, eliminating the possibility of cross-contamination, and each handle pours up to 1/4 pint per pull.
The Pullman is also exceptionally easy to install and maintain. It is mounted on to the bar with a simple clamp. To connect the beer engine to the beer line coming from your cask ale extractor, simply put tubing over the included tailpiece at the bottom of the cylinder.
